Faster logging, clearer review

Not a notes app. A structured journal built for gut health.

01

Fast logging

Bristol type, color, amount, effort, urgency, symptoms, and notes sit in one focused flow that is easy to repeat.

02

Trend insights

Review frequency, stool type distribution, and signals by week, month, half year, or year without digging through old notes.

03

Doctor-ready history

Export CSV or PDF reports for appointments, elimination diets, recovery tracking, and long-term personal health records.

4-part health score

See one simple score, then trace what changed underneath.

PoopTracker combines Bristol type balance, bowel frequency, regularity, and color signals into an easy-to-read health score while keeping every dimension available for review.

  • Bristol type: track whether types 3-4 stay consistent
  • Frequency: spot too often, too rare, or right for you
  • Regularity: see whether timing stays stable day to day
  • Color signals: notice changes worth watching

Real use cases

Built for people who need long-term tracking without spreadsheet drag.

IBS / IBD self-tracking

Separate symptoms, stool types, frequency, and diet changes so you can explain patterns before a visit.

Low FODMAP and diet experiments

Observe how fiber, hydration, probiotics, dairy, gluten, or elimination phases affect your body.

Baby and family care

Use a consistent format for a child or family member instead of relying on memory and scattered messages.

Post-surgery and recovery

Track frequency, effort, and unusual signals over time so the history is ready when you need it.

Privacy stays with you by default

Gut data is personal enough to stay on your device first.

PoopTracker stores records locally by default. Optional iCloud sync uses your Apple account, so we do not see your journal.
